Payment information

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card, EFT, and mobile-money payments are processed by our secure payment provider on hosted payment pages. The provider may collect payment details according to its own privacy practices.

Information collected automatically

• Device type, operating system, app version, and browser type.
• IP address and general location derived from IP (country/region level).
• Pages or screens viewed, products browsed, and actions taken in the app or site.
• Technical logs used for security, debugging, and performance monitoring.

2) Mobile app (iOS and Android)

The MR Creatine app connects to our API to show products, manage your cart, process orders, and display order history. When you are signed in, we associate app activity with your account. The app may store session tokens locally on your device so you remain signed in until you log out or uninstall the app.

If you use Google Sign-In in the app, Google provides us with basic profile information (name and email) according to the permissions you approve. We do not access your Google password.

3) How we use your information

• Process and fulfil orders, including delivery coordination across Tanzania.
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Operate your account, order history, and saved cart where applicable.
• Send transactional messages related to orders (status, delivery, or payment issues).

4) Legal basis for processing

We process personal data when it is necessary to perform a contract with you (for example, to deliver products you purchase), to comply with legal obligations, to protect legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention), and where you have given consent where required by law.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run MR Creatine:

• Secure payment provider — payment processing for card, EFT, and mobile-money transactions.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — secure storage and delivery of our services.
• Google — authentication when you choose Google Sign-In.
• Delivery and logistics partners — to ship orders to your address.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6) Data retention

We retain order and account records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
